Project Description:
JLS Management Contractor is executed a comprehensive Decommission and Recommission project for an automotive production paint line at facilities located in Michigan and Tennessee. Ensured the optimal functioning of the paint line and enhancing its efficiency while adhering to industry standards and regulations. The project encompasses a series of activities, disassembly, rigging maneuvers, packaging, loading maneuvers, and transportation between Michigan and Tennessee.
Duration: 1 Year Team: 20 technicians, 1 Superintendent, 2 project managers, subcontractors.
Equipment Relocation
Significant and strategic project involving the relocation of production line equipment from the United States to Mexico. This project encompasses the full decommissioning of existing production lines in the USA and their subsequent recommissioning in Mexico. It is designed to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and align with global manufacturing strategies.
Production lines relocation
Successful relocation of equipment and production lines to create a new layout at our customer's facilities. This project marks an important step in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing space utilization, and aligning with evolving manufacturing strategies.
- DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM -
Filter-Silo / Ductwork
Successful installation of a comprehensive dust collector system, which included the design, assembly, and installation of both ductwork and silo equipment. Installation of a network of ductwork tailored to the facility's layout and specific requirements.
Procurement, assembly, and installation of silo equipment, including loading and unloading systems.
Rigging, millwright, pneumatic, electrical.
Team: Millwright-Mechanics, Electricians, Superintendent.
- DEMOLITION -
JLS Management Contractor LLC recently completed a comprehensive project involving the demolition of a paint production line, which also included the responsible and safe disposal of all chemicals and debris associated with the operation.
